"I work here and am here every single day!! I love it how quaint and small it is. Everyone is friendly and it is a hidden gem mod Kansas City. A lot of people move out here to get away from downtown but not live the city entirely. "

"kids should never be unaccompanied. should always be with an adult especially on weekends and after dark. right on the edge of leawood but also rough. kcmopd takes a long time to respond. "

"This is the greatest part of KC. Close to Stateline Rd gives you all the conveniences & shopping of Johnson County but cheaper! Great area to raise kids, lots of parks, safe, and overall great people! Got to love the down home feel of Martin City & feel like you have stepped back in time to the "good old days" of small town living in the big city! We have loved living here for 7 years!"
